hello from the couch, my lovelies. so late to an exhibition. to use a modern three-letter-acronym, FML. And then some.

I have started a new blog - GlenRoyalty, which is about a suburb just north of where I live. The joke is that it's a long way from being hip like Brunswick or Fitzroy - its pretty, bohemian cousins to the south- east. Glenroy, on first appearance, is the mole on Moreland's back. But I don't want the blog (and the suburb) to be a one joke pony. I hope that I can find art on the streets and showcase small idiosyncrasies that make neighbourhoods unique and defensible to the death.  I want to look at the incredibly diverse residents here and prove that postcodes don't define the person, it's the people who have always rocked the suburbs.

Forget Fitzroyalty. There's been a revolution and the crown family is in Glenroy.
